The context is that this is "Herbalist X". He has been bad mouthing staff, and the server in general, for 3 years now. He also frequently tells players to join other servers, which some would consider rsps advertising. It is a miracle he hasn't been ipbanned for it yet, and he is lucky to still be aloud on the server...

Which always makes me wonder... If it's so bad then why are you still here? Did all the other RSPS ban you or something?
