Elite Caskets

I was wondering if things like: Pring, Rabbits foot, Fortune Comp, Lucky Pet, or if any at all help the droprate of M stone for elite caskets?

Caskets aren't monsters and they aren't Hunter NPCs. So no, nothing to increase the rate of Magic stone.

Well as I have always said. They certainly don't hurt the drop rate, so might as well wear them and some gold trimmed armour just to be safe...
