Discord Update.

Hey,

So we've done a bit of moving around and sorting on the PKHonor discord (Thanks to Thoby for the idea).
I've created a bunch of relevant subsections, including a section for developers to post upcoming content or media clips/images. I've also added ingame media sections and help desk sections to hopefully stop important messages getting lost in the general chat channels.

If you guys could please test a few things and let me know if there's any issues at all, it'd be much appreciated.

Hopefully this will give some new purpose to the Discord, and will make it feel a bit more welcoming.

Should probably make it so regular players cant post messages in the ingame-updates and featured-media channel.
Also, moderators will need to actively check discord to prevent all of the sections from becoming general channels.

I would be more than happy to take the responsibility of maintaining the Discord, though I don't currently have enough perms to do so.
