Group Ironman is coming, we need your input!

Life pool: Flat number of lives no matter group size (e.g. 5), even a solo HCGIM gets the full amount

will there be a vote process on whos being kicked between all the group members? whats stopping a new player in the group just kicking everyone else when they join? is there a group leader?
Being the best player on PkHonor is hard, I just make it look easy

I’d assume there will be a group leader, decided when creating the initial group

As of now, no voting, kicking is leader-only. Only the active leader can kick or invite, so a new joiner has zero kick authority no matter when they joined.

what if the leader has become corrupt? Do the serfs have any recourse? Surely a unanimous vote to dethrone the oppressive scum should allow the people to reclaim what is rightfully theirs.

Or maybe just a little coup d'etat for the laughs
