Should I report in-game glitch?

Mostly killed ork and dark beast with base droprate 1/5000 but also had my fair share of higher and lower level kills.

I'm serious about claiming a glitch because I had bh on + fort + lucky pet on all kills and skull/red skull on most kills, which makes me at about 5x the droprate.
