making the street value of boss jars (jar of smoke, souls, etc.) above the threshhold for the discord game feed so they show up there

Up boss jar high alch prices to 50-100m (jar of smoke for ex) and allow us to alch them. Once you have multiple they're kind of pointless. However, they're still a fairly uncommon drop.
