Traskis ban me acc

good evening. I found a problem with the traskis account, it is being solved due to unban. but I haven't received any information for a long time, I don't know what the process is, they don't say how long it takes. can you help me with these questions?

I know that, because of the unblocking, I found that I have filled in everything, but I haven't received any answer for a very long time
