Recently, I have faced a problem with PKH staff. I had shown proof of a player with over 100T+ trying to sell PKH gold, I was promised a reward was going to be given by PKH (Confirmed by arrsenic), once proof was provided and player was banned, Arsrsenic then confirms "PKH don't offer rewards", do you guys think I have been treated unfair?
Since proof has been provided, I'm now given the cold shoulder by Arrsenic as I feel he got the individual ban for his own benefit so he has more control of the economy.

Yes, I have spoken to Raspey and he has advised that Arsennic should have not confirmed a reward will be given. However, I believe it's PKH responsibility if a staff member does confirm such a thing, then they should be held liable.

Yes, I have spoken to Raspey and he has advised that Arsennic should have not confirmed a reward will be given. However, I believe it's PKH responsibility if a staff member does confirm such a thing, then they should be held liable.

All of a sudden, you changed your tune once the player had been banned - "Stop trying to gain a reward for reporting a crime", the same reward you confirmed which will be consulted with PKH team? As a mod it's very important you stick to your words, as players will see you as a trusted member of the community.
You stated that the 13B was for the trust, not for the reward for getting the player banned. PS you and I lknow that the 13b was a slap in the face.
