New rules officially in effect

For some months, I had put a new list of rules on the forums. However, as there was some confusion about the old rules in the 'PkHonor's Book of Law' versus the new ones, I have hereby removed our book of law forum and replaced it with the 'Rules' forum.

These are now the official rules that players must follow at all times. Most rules have remained the same, but some have been changed and others added. Punishments are also listed there, so you can see which kind of behavior will result in what level of punishment.

If you abide by these rules and use your common sense, you have nothing to fear enjoy the game!
