Armadyl crossbow's special attack

Why does the special requires 80% energy? It should use only 40% energy.
This change was probably made because of how the special attack works, right? But, honestly, what does the special does exactly? When used, it has 100% to activate the special effect of the bolt used? If so, then why don't we change it to have only a 50% to activate the effect, but make it only use 40% attack?

Having a 50% chance would completely miss the point of the special attack existing. Nothing wrong with how it is now, it's a useful tool for bosses like Zulrah.

Well, I've only suggested to have a 50% chance to balance it requiring 40% attack instead of 80% it currently uses, but we can just make it 40% and keep the current effect, don't think anyone would mind.

Hmm but having two specs is a little bit OP I feel.. That's an instant 180 'spec' on a boss such as Zulrah, baring in mind it only has 500 hp. I'm a fan of not fixing things that aren't really broken, the ACB spec fits in as a method of dealing upwards of 100 damage instantly, I don't think it needs buffing more. Bare in mind, on OSRS it's 40% spec but with the
chance of proccing the bolt. That's the main difference here, and it makes it worth being 80% spec imo.

I agree with Isac and Addam. The special would be overpowered.
Although we should add a new diary or something to grant the effect of the Kandarin hard diary reward of (10% more likely that your enchanted bolts special effect will activate (works in PvP))
