Nonwearable.
Limestone:
The most common discontinued item, limestone, was mineable before, but after the release of construction all limestone you mine turn into limestone bricks.
Security book/ Stronghold notes:
The 2nd latest discontinued item is security book/stronghold notes. When you withdrawed a skull sceptre noted, it turned into a security book. When you banked this book, it'd remain noted (as far as I know) and if you withdraw it noted again it turns into stronghold notes. Mike fixed the bug, now skull sceptre cannot be noted.
Pkhonor Points:
Pkhonor points used to be the old castle wars reward tickets.
Banana:
Banana spawned next to White apron, but due to it not being wearable, much less bananas are in the economy compared to White aprons.
Doogle leaves:
Used to spawn near Gertude's house.
Tea leaves:
Used to spawn in Al Kharid.
Dragonstone (Different ID6903):
When you thieved from thieving stall before, you got Dragonstone which has id 6903 instead of the normal 1615.
Daconia rock:
Dropped by rock crabs long time ago.
Special cup:
Reward for christmas event 2009 (that's what I've heard)

Had a spawn long time ago.

Were sold in pking store long time ago. There are much less initiate sallets (helmets) than platebodies and legs in the eco nowadays.
