How to Vote for someone else.

When ingame, do ::vote.
It will bring you to a url similar to this:
As you can see, the ::vote command was done from the account "I hoard" the %20 is code for a space.
Let's say you're voting for the user "Mike"
It would look like so:
(Doing this to prove a point to someone who called me new. :L)
