6 October update: the important castle wars bugs have been fixed and the minigame has been re-enabled!
In the days to come, I'll be doing additional tweaks to the minigame while working on smaller additions to the server.

Zammy still can't score. (It seems to be that both teams can't score?) Only zammy can't score.
Also, my pkpoint ticket still needs to be converted =]

Barricades still don't work properly. If you are attacking someone and he puts up a barricade you will still walk through the barricades...
What is the effect of halos now?
The salesman says prayer points drain at half of the usual rate. Your reward thread says 33%

suggestion make use able to score without flag being present makes game funner...

All the halos do is give +30 prayer bonus, if you look up in the oldschool wiki how prayer bonus affects your drain rate, you'll see it makes them last about twice as long than when you have 0 prayer bonus.
Also, I've hereby updated the server once again and fixed the following:
-> Fixed the bug with ranged XP, you can now once again gain ranged XP
-> You can no longer attack players inside the castle wars respawn area
-> You can no longer enter a CW respawn area with a flag
-> Zamorak team can now once again score points in CW
-> Your own flag no longer needs to be safe in order to score points in CW
