this would encourage somewhat neutral ground that keeps changing for a place were pkers could reasonable often run into other pkers and pvmers alike, trying to get these drops. for example an announcement could say ''hotzone moved to lava dragons or kbd lair or somewhere in singles (and for a few levels of the specified area the bonuses would apply.
