Just did a quick peek, Vet'ion doesn't drop Uncut Onyx and Nex doesn't drop ancient ceremonial pieces. Thank you for the feedback, we'll be sure to make the necessary adjustments to the collection log, fix the nulled entries and remove the item entries that aren't actually being dropped by certain NPC's.
I notice a couple of bug reports, but most of them don't seem related to the cache update.
