Update: the duel arena, Vasa Nistirio and fishing spots all became broken because of the cache update. They have been fixed with a subsequent update which was released just now.
If you encounter any other bugs, please let us know!

nex is bugged out spawn 2 nex at the same time
and it dosent respawn after 30 sec

It looks like most (if not all) GWD rooms are currently bugged and stop respawning at some point. I'm currently investigating this issue to find the cause and to work out a fix.
Update: I have temporarily fixed the issue by spawning one of each NPC in all of the rooms and killing them, and they are now respawning again. I will be working on a more permanent fix in the near future. Please let me know if there are any further problems with the GWD rooms.
