This only applies to the penalties for leaving the wilderness or logging out - the 1 or 2 minute penalty after killing/getting killed remains the same (it's only one or two minutes anyway). I chose to keep those the same to allow player to pick up loot etc. If you think those should be halved too, feel free to make a suggestion.
